* You will be charged a $35 overdraft fee for each item paid or if the account is accessed when the balance is not sufficient for the amount of the transaction. Overdraft fees may be imposed for covering overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, or other electronic means. ATM withdrawals and one-time debit card transactions are covered if you choose to opt-in to this service for those transactions. You should repay your overdraft, overdraft fees, and bring your account to a positive balance within 30 days. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or you have too many overdrafts.
